President Dick offers congratulations...and a huge red bottle of Tylenol Extra Strength to President-Elect Nominee Joan Rosas after she was unanimously elected to serve as our Club President during the 24-25 Rotary Year!!!  Dick told Joan the bottle was empty, but had been full on July 1, 2022!!!

Don't forget the Holiday Party is coming up on Thursday, December 15, at 11:30 p.m. Attire is holiday festive.  What does that mean?  Some define it as ugly holiday sweaters; others say stylish holiday sweaters; still others say just come in holiday colors ready to have a good time!  Whatever works for you will be greeted with enthusiastic Ho-Ho-Ho's!
Rosemary Azem is hard at work with Santa's Elves in planning what's sure to be a great holiday event.  See you there & thanks to Rosemary and her team for all their work! 
President Dick announced that our very own Jeff Lowenstein has been named the District 5150 Rotarian of the Month! An impressive honor and well-deserved!  Jeff is a vital part of so many club activities it's great to see him recognized for everything he does!
This year Samaritan House and PAL will receive our holiday donations. Laura Bent gave a moving overview of how Samaritan House provides holiday meals for 1,500 families and gifts for several thousand kids. Margaret Taylor shared the great work PAL does with San Mateo youth.  If you missed Thursday's meeting, you can still help by sending a check made out to The Rotary Foundation at PO Box 95, San Mateo, CA 94401. Thanks!
